Since an early age I have had an innate curiosity about health. As young as first grade, I remember choosing a healthy breakfast before school. And in my early teens, I was my mother’s exercise partner and became fascinated with group exercise. As an adult, my curiosity turned to practice as a group exercise instructor/personal trainer for 15 amazing years, subsequently earning a certificate in holistic nutrition in 2017.  I learned that holistic nutrition is much more than just diet and more about how the body responds to diet and other lifestyle factors. This spawned my passion and spiritual calling for health coaching.  My education opened my mind to how much control we really have on our own health and that the false mindset that age or genes cause all our health issues can lead people to unhealthy lifestyle choices.   I am excited to be a part of the mindset change promoted by health coaching, the missing piece of the health care puzzle that can  bring real healing and wellness to patients and clients with "doable" lifestyle modifications. Further, my health coaching skills coupled with my holistic nutrition education offer a unique niche to have real impact to bridge the gap in traditional health care.
