1) Discovery Zoom Call

2) Group Training (F2F for locals or Zoom Call) - 1 hour 
Minimum 6 people required. 
Do you have a group who may 
want to learn more about health

topic?  Please know I have a 
certificate in holistic nutrition that allows me to teach nutrition 
classes, but any health topic is

Group Health Coaching

(F2F for locals or Zoom Call) - “Six” one hour coaching sessions - Minimum 6 people required and no more than 10. $95 per person. 

This is an affordable way to benefit from coaching for a common need. For example: Pre-diabetes and diabetes prevention, Reduce High Blood Pressure, Sustained weight loss, Smoking Cessation, spiritual growth, etc.  To discuss this option recommend you schedule a free discovery 20 minute session.

Signature Offer

1 on 1 coaching customized for your specific needs & situation. This is the cream of the crop offer for health coaching to transform your life and enable your best self. There is no size fits all for health. Your unique needs and situation will guide your specific solutions. 

1 session - $95 - 1 1/2 hours - This is best for someone who has some working knowledge of their blood test markers and/or has decided lifestyle changes desired. If you are self-motivated to change your habits and can be self-accountable for change, the outcome of this session is you will walk away with goals to implement immediately. Requires client to submit assessment question(s) to the coach prior to the scheduled session.


5 sessions - $125 - This is for someone who needs self discovery to find their motivation to change their habits and decide what to change. The outcome of this package, is you walk away with a plan for action that the client implements on their own. This package is best for someone that can be self accountable to achieve long lasting results.


12 sessions (3 month) - $240 -  This is for someone who wants to change their habits but doesn’t quite know how or what to change and needs the time with a qualified coach to find their purpose, motivation, develop a plan of action. What makes this package stand out is the client benefits from support from the coach to stay  accountable while implementing their plan in order to achieve lasting results.
